The returns policy is very important to us. We recognize that our customers may need to return items for a variety of reasons. We are very helpful to those who need to return an item and allow all returns within 30 days. No questions! Items must be new, in original container, and unused. You will be responsible for all return freight charges. After 30 days we have a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on used merchandise or weathered items. Any product over 90 days from the date of purchase must be pre-approved.

All online orders are offered $10 shipping unless the order contains oversized items. Oversize items include anvils, some stands, some forges, and bar stock. Orders with the $10 shipping option will either be shipped USPS or UPS Ground.
